Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please reach out to us at info@veologe.com. We strive to ensure our customers are happy, regardless of whether our products worked for you.
To initiate a return, simply email us for a free return label. Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment. Once we receive the returned items, refunds may take up to 5 days to process. Please note, we are unable to refund shipping costs.

Order Fulfillment
Business Days & Holidays: Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays within the United States.
Tracking Orders: Once your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details and a link to track your package via the carrier.
Can’t find your order? If your order hasn’t arrived after 3 or more days, and you’ve already checked with neighbors, please contact us. We’ll work with our shipping partners to locate your package. This process may take approximately 7-10 business days.
