Your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, please reach out to us at info@veologe.com and we will make it right. We provide a free return label and process refunds back to your original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived after 3 or more business days please check with neighbors first, then contact us at info@veologe.com. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package. This process typically takes 7 to 10 business days to resolve.
