Order Confirmation Email: After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order.
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday.
Provide a precise street name, city, state, and spell out all information. Abbreviated addresses, misspellings, and other typos can create shipping errors.
Business Days & Holidays: All orders ship Monday-Friday excluding Federal Holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Tracking Orders: When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains shipment details, tracking number, and a link to the carrier site.
Can’t find your order? If you’ve looked around and asked your neighbors, and if it still hasn’t turned up in 3 or more days, let us know. We will work with our shipping partners to track down your package. This process takes approximately 7-10 business days.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please email us at email@example.com with the following information:

We may offer exchanges via mail, depending on circumstances.
Products sold at authorized retailers are to be returned at the retailer.
Returns purchased through our website: Email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Return Form. All contact information must be completed so that we may reach you if necessary. Once the form is returned to customer service, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.
When you return your purchase to veologē by mail within 30 days, we will refund your credit card for the purchase, less shipping. Items more than 30 days after the original purchase date may not be returned. After 30 days, returns are not accepted or refunded. Items shipped outside of this date may not be returned to you.
Package your item in the original packaging (if available), or pack your return in a well-padded box or envelope to ensure its safe return and prevent damage. Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Postal Service (UPS).
