DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please email us at info@veologe.com with the following information:

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. Please note, observed US holidays include: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Additional closures may also apply.

TRACKING
Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent to the provided email address. Once you receive your tracking number, we highly recommend signing up for tracking updates with the shipping carrier.
Can’t find your order? Sorry about that. If you’ve looked around and asked your neighbors, and if it still hasn’t turned up in 3 or more days, let us know. We will work with our shipping partners to track down your package. This process takes approximately 7-10 business days.
